This application is a contact managing software to let users manage their business contacts in the Internet environment. CM helps you keep track of a virtually unlimited amount of information about the contacts. It can be operated alone or worked together with TM to call the contact by clicking the contact button or screen pop the Contact information when the contact is calling. It offers:
Basic information match with Outlook (Microsoft)- You can merge your current Contact information already stored in your Outlook to the CM. The contact can be shared with other or your private only. CM provides more data fields than Outlook to meet the Call Center requirement.
Notes is the default screen pop window and the Notes on here are shared by every user in the same environment. You acn easily get the most update information about that contacts.
Activities contains the activities related to the contact. Such as To do list, meeting. etc. Work together with the Calendar feature will automatically remind you the coming activities about that contact.

This application is designed dedicatedly to allow user to utilize Computer Telephony features with the GDS. It offers:
PC phone type functions- place call, answer call, transfer, hold, queue for lines and more.
Short Message is a handy tool that you can use to send or receive short messages with your colleagues.
Screen pop is a must have feature working together with Caller ID.
Call History let you recall the list that has been called.
Missed Call let you call back missed calls when you return to your desk.
Name Dialing is available for Intercom and outside calls.
Extension information lets you see the called party's absent message and current call status.
